Adventure Bound & Big Little Rides and our partners are committed to rider safety and wellbeing during our Tours. However, we ask that each participant of the Tour acknowledges and agrees to the following:

– Participation in Adventure Bound & Big Little Rides Tours is done at the rider’s own risk and acknowledgment that motorcycling, on or off the road, is an inherently risky activity and the Tour organizers are not responsible for accidents, injury, or any damages that may occur while riding. Before the start of each Tour, we kindly ask participants to sign a personal responsibility disclaimer.

– Participation in Adventure Bound & Big Little Rides Tours requires the rider to hold a valid motorcycle license and a passport with an expiration date no shorter than 6 months.

– Each Tour itinerary and route may be subject to slight changes due to local environmental or weather conditions which cannot be foreseen beforehand.

– Tour participants confirm they have sufficient motorcycling skills and experience to safely participate in their chosen Tour.

TOUR CONFIRMATION

Each of the Adventure Bound & Big Little Rides Tours requires a minimum number of 6 riders for the Tour to go ahead. If this number is not filled 3 months prior to the Tour, Adventure Bound & Big Little Rides reserve the right to cancel the Tour or roll the Tour date forward. In the event of Tour cancellation or change of date, a full refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

To confirm the spot on a chosen Tour, riders are required to pay a deposit immediately during the booking process of the Tour and pay the remaining balance no later than 3 weeks before the Tour.

The Tour deposit is non-refundable, except under these circumstances:

– In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics at or near the Tour destination, or certain measures taken by local authorities (such as a general flight ban or travel ban).

Once the participant pays the full remaining balance of the Tour, this amount is non-refundable except in case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics at or near the Tour destination, or certain measures taken by local authorities (such as a general flight ban or travel ban).

We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance for any unforeseen
circumstances that may arise.
